How Lutherans Interpret the Bible

In this seven session video series, Mark Allen Powell invites viewers to explore seven important questions about Lutherans and the Bible. He artfully presents a varied range of interpretive tools that will help participants learn to interpret scripture from a uniquely Lutheran perspective, helping them to understand the contribution Lutherans can make to biblical interpretation. With content that encourages rich discussion, participants will discover answers to questions they have always had about the Bible. Included with the DVDs are a CDROM of a robust study guide and additional support material. The study guide offers three suggested formats for use: 60 minute adult study, 90 minute adult study, and 30-45 minute Committee Starters for Congregational Leadership.
